What delivery options are available?

I send deliveries around the UK and internatonally. Shipping and postage costs are included at checkout. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in line with UK consumer law.
Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted for books or merchandise.
If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

How long does it take from ordering to receiving my order?

Orders are packed and sent within 3 days of being received.
I post orders Monday to Friday. I do not work on weekends or bank hoidays. 
Any orders placed after 8pm (GMT) will be processed the next day.

Please understand that I have other commitments and work, so there may occasionally be a delay. I will always keep you informed from the moment your order is received until it is posted.

How long will delivery take once posted?

UK orders usually arrive within 1–2 days once posted, delivered by Royal Mail. International orders will take longer depending on the destination country.

What is your policy on damaged items?

I hope this never happens, but if your order arrives damaged, please email me and I will see what I can do.
Before sending, I carry out a full quality check to make sure everything is in perfect condition.

Can I leave a review of your book?

Absolutely! Reviews mean so much to me and really help new readers discover my work. Whether it’s a short comment or a longer message, every review is appreciated.

Can you share my review on your website or social media?

Yes — but only if you’re happy for me to do so. If you’d like your review featured on my website or socials, just send me a message or email to let me know. I’ll never share anything without your permission.

Will you accept fan mail?

Yes — I happily accept letters (standard letter size only).
I cannot accept large parcels or gifts. As much as I would love to receive your stories, fan art, and creative gifts, I simply cannot take the risk. This is the same for many artists and creators, both big and small.

If you would like to share artwork, creations, or stories with me, you are very welcome to send them online through social media or email instead.

Emails and messages on my social media are always welcome.
I love hearing what you think and how you connect with my stories, poems, and creative work.
